Camp Tuition

Program Costs:

Go Palestine will cover all customary and reasonable costs while in country.

The program in-country costs for campers who NEED hosts is $2,875 USD

The program in-country costs for campers who DO NOT NEED hosts is $2,375 USD

  • This covers all transportation, meals, home stays (if needed), supplies, tickets and admission to events and places in the itinerary, and all other camp expenses.

  • $750 USD deposit is required once the student has been accepted and the remaining balance is to be paid by June 1st.

Tuition fees are waived for campers from the Ramallah area who host international/diaspora or 48’ campers.

Each year, 1-2 campers applying from 48’ Palestine and 1-2 campers applying from Latin America are considered and offered full tuition scholarships based on funding and merit consideration. Other tuition discounts and scholarships are determined by our donations and budget. For more information, see the financial aid section below.

Not included:

  • Airfare is not included in the above cost.  (All bookings are handled by the student and their family in coordination with Go Palestine).

  • Airport pickup and border crossing from Jordan to Palestine - and vice versa- (see additional service below)

  • Cravings for junk food.

  • Souvenirs and personal purchases.

  • Travel and medical insurance.

  • COVID-19 and other medical testing for travel.

Border Crossing Service

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICE: $312 USD each way to cover transportation, food, and hotel to and from Amman. $614 roundtrip total.

If a camper does not need a hotel and meets us Sunday (see “Travel and Dates” tab for exact information) in Amman, and travels with the group to Ramallah, then the total additional cost would only be $152 each way. This service does not include visa and entry/exist permit fees. If a camper does not need a hotel or to be escorted to Ramallah, then there are no additional costs.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

 Go Palestine welcomes applicants who need financial support to attend our camp. Usually the scholarships are partial tuition reductions according to our funding. Limited scholarship funds are available for those who qualify, and we urge those in need of financial assistance to apply as early as possible!

If you are seeking this avenue, please make sure you answer the corresponding questions about financial aid in our application. You may also contact us and we can discuss the financial possibilities, and make offers accordingly if funds hold out. Go Palestine wants to make this experience available to as many families as possible. All other selected participants are expected to fund their trip.
