Experience Palestine
Typical Day
Go Palestine offers a wide variety of experiences that allows campers to connect to their culture, history, and roots in fun and meaningful ways.
Service
Go Palestine is deeply rooted in the Quaker values and testimonies of the Ramallah Friends Schools. Giving back to the community is an integral part of how we practice those very same values we espouse.
Support Us
We believe that diaspora Palestinian youth, regardless of their financial situation, should have the opportunity to experience Palestine. We do not want the costs to also be prohibitive to those who have the acceptable travel documents to visit, but are constrained by financial reasons.
Today’s students
Tomorrow’s leaders
Go Palestine’s curriculum and itinerary help develop many of the campers’ leadership and social skills, confidence, as well as promote personal awareness, independence, and growth.
Update on COVID-19
We hope this finds you in the best of health and spirit. Since our last communication with you in March, we have carefully monitored the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and hoped for a solution and an answer. Our top priority was ensuring the safety and welfare of our campers, counselors, and host families. With so much uncertainty, especially around travel and health, we simply cannot offer a meaningful experience. That is why it is with a heavy heart, that we let you know that we decided to cancel the 2020 session of Go Palestine. We know that many of you will be disappointed, perhaps you expected it, please know that we did not make this decision lightly. With long lasting uncertainty summer camp cancellations are widespread globally; even the Summer Olympics have been rescheduled for next year.

Within the Wall
I wasn’t a big fan of summer camps. Learning how to carve a miniature canoe out of soap wasn’t my idea of fun. So, when my mother first suggested I apply to the Go Palestine Camp this summer I thought, “here we go again.” But as much as I hate to admit that my mom might have been right, it turned out to be one of the best summers I’ve ever had.
